Personally I practice Martial Arts almost 40 years now and I like everything what resonate with sport, health. Below I want to give a little information about how you can loose weight easy!

The second phase is the Transitional Flow phase, which is designed to help you transition from the first phase to the third phase. The third phase is the Mastery Flow phase, which is designed to help you master the program and achieve your fitness goals. The program is designed to be easy to follow and can be done by anyone, regardless of their fitness level. It’s also designed to be fun and engaging, so you’ll enjoy doing it and stick with it. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of the program:

1. Start with the Foundational Flow phase and take your time. Don’t rush through the poses, and make sure you’re doing them correctly.

2. Be consistent. Try to do the program at least three times a week to get the best results.

3. Listen to your body. If a pose is too difficult, don’t push yourself too hard. Take a break and come back to it later.

4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout to stay hydrated and energized.

5. Have fun! Remember, the program is designed to be fun and engaging, so enjoy yourself and have fun while you’re working out.
